Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

newsiflo operates this website as a commercial service providing professional media feed solutions including video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and high-quality feeds for news and broadcasting. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom.

Eligibility and permitted use

The service is intended for professional users in the media and broadcasting sector. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter contracts on behalf of your organisation. Permitted use is limited to legitimate business purposes such as viewing service information, requesting quotes or managing existing contracts. Any other use requires prior written consent from newsiflo.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the technical operation of the site, transmit malicious code, scrape content at scale, or use the site for any illegal purpose. You must not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us. Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension and potential legal action.

Accounts, submissions or user content

Where an account or submission facility is offered you are responsible for keeping login details secure. Any material you submit must be accurate, lawful and free of third-party rights. newsiflo may remove or refuse submissions that do not meet these standards. We do not claim ownership of your submissions but receive a licence to use them for service delivery and improvement.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, graphics, data and software on the site remain the property of newsiflo or its licensors. You may print or download single copies for internal business records only. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited without express written permission. Trademarks displayed must not be used without prior approval.

Third-party services and links

The site may contain references to third-party platforms used for video delivery, signal transmission or analytics. These references do not constitute endorsement. newsiflo accepts no responsibility for the availability, accuracy or practices of any third-party service. You should review their own terms before engaging them.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the service at any time. If you breach these terms we may terminate your access without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in force.

Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law

The site and services are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability arising from or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of business, data or profits.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify newsiflo against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence and benefit from mandatory protections of local law. Alternative dispute resolution is available via the UK Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive that right. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
